From June 13th 2014 the Distance Selling Regulations were replaced by the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
All customers of J and A Foam Limited have (by law) 14 days to cancel or return their order. If the order is cancelled within this time and the package is unopened then a full refund will be given minus the original shipping charge. If a mattress is opened and not faulty then there will be a £30 carriage charge as well as the original shipping charge.
Faulty mattresses will fall under the terms and conditions of our manufacturers guarantee and returns will be paid for by J and A Foam Limited within the first 12 months from the purchase date of the mattress. After the first year, all carriage charges are the responsibility of the customer. Bespoke or made to measure items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.
Some foam may have a distinctive smell (usually when vacuum packed). This odour is totally harmless and safe for adults, children and pets. The smell will very quickly disperse if aired in a well ventilated room. Returns due to smell are not accepted.
